1. Yes, you have several versions of visual studio each made for a different language. You've also get the proffesional paid one which can open all types of projects no matter the language (I believe).

Could you calm down? I just shown basic stuff without your "favorite" WindowsAPICodePack. You can make it even better than WAPICodePack, just import more functions.
