I think this is finally progressed enough to the point where I can post it publicly and try and gain some interest in it.

ZoneBuilder is written by TheApadayo, DidUknowiPwn, and momo5502. The goal of the project is to create custom assets for the IW4 Engine by creating custom fastfiles. The source code is freely available on GitHub here: https://github.com/RagdollPhysics/zonebuilder

Use it for any IW4M client or Steam if you have a way to disable RSA checks. So I mean make your pick for where you want to use it.

What IW4M clients are out there? 4D1 is dead I think

Clients that we 'support' (promote?) none really. IW4Play is decent but whatever, RepZ is aids, and Sherkan is just... lol. You can just dick around in a copy of React.IW4 (offline).

I just use React. And if I was you I would not use Sherkan, that client is just a mess of garbage.
