Yes, but thats only for CoD4. The dragunov in MW2 can be just found in Spec Ops an SP:

"The Dragunov returns in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, but is only found in Campaign and Special Ops."

@JariZ you probably thought this was about black ops xD

ontopic: sorry but there are no modding tools for MW2, so we can't import the Dragunov (unless you are a badass hacker like NTAuthority)
