I need a dll (plugin) for max of 400 ping please.
not edit myself.
now I have a ping of 200 maxping Sad

use pingwarn1.1

I cannot speak that mix of English and some other language. But really, you edit max ping not with plugin/DLLs but simply with server cfg

expels or kick the pitch greater than 400.
