mw3 dedicated server addons, problem

euh, need help.
i placed all the files of mw3 in my documents.
without the .dll and folder "plugins and addons" it works fine.
but when i placed all those 3 things in the mw3 folder ( not the real one, that one in my documents) and when i launch the teknomw3 or iw5mp_server in 1 sec it crashes...
NEED HELP.
