Two possible reasons:
- as gabriel said u have a strange char in ur folder's name - if u are hosting on teknomw3 u are using teknoMW3.dll client version, u need to download the server one.. Search on google for teknomw3 server 2.7.3.7 (maybe u'r antivirus see it as a virus like happened to me) |
