i am gonna upgrade my pc too do i need that antistatic wrist band to change my components i cant found it on any store can i use something instead for that?

what? i never used such a thing, just make sure that you are not running around on carpets or by touching animals before you touch new components.

unplug a multi sucker extension cable and touch it once, then you are unloaded or whatever its called
