sp gun in mp

i was looking through the models and i found this t5_weapon_al54_grap_gun_world
is it posiible to put this in a mp and if so plz explain

the wepaon is called incountry_al54_sp i renamed it to incountry_al54_mp then what do i do? srry for noobness im just confused
