teknomw3 dedicated server FAIL (addons)

hi world,
so ive put my addons folder and plugins folder and d3d9.dll in my d:mw3_dedicated
(not my original folder)
and when i lauch iw5mp_server.exe it works fine,
but on teknomw3_dedicated.exe it loads my plugins but it stuck to conecting to online services............................................................................................................................................................. NOTHING HAPPENS???
please help me!
and when i open steam, open mw3 and i'll join my server its stuck while i'm joining my server (connecting to the host)

Use the normal server, and buy the game ?
And I think I can't help you, I don't use teknogods and never used it.
I also thought that this site doesn't support any pirate.
But maybe other people can help I don't know
