Bo adding sounds need help! Will thank

hey guys, so i made this mod where you get a raygun when you spawn and i followed the adding sounds to sp weapons in mp (http://www.itsmods.com/forum/Thread-Tuto...layer.html)

I got no errors when i start the game but it dont make any sound...

i attached the mod so you can have a look if you want to

please help me
