Being the president obviously. I am waiting for genres to send some nice music, I cannot send just random stuff, people have different tastes

Noize MC, Ivan Dorn, Ariya, Uma2rman, Gorod 312 (Town 312/City 312)

With genres
Noize MC - kinda mix of rap/rock/metal. maybe some rave? is generally good
Ivan Dorn ( ) - some club music. some tracks are good, some are awfully bad and leave WTF sense afterwards
Ariya () - very good, amazing group, however is up to taste because it is... uhm, very russian, lets say
Uma2rman () - simple fun catchy songs with guitar. Will not be so good without understanding lyrics
Gorod 312 ( 312) - they have many tracks, most of them are total shit, however there are 2-3 that are REAAAALLY good and worth listening. genre... rock probably?

And you should try "K-OTIC - Leave Him" this is actually thai, but if you have loud speakers it takes you over the galaxyyy

Garik Sukachev ( ) is also a good singer but his songs are 100% based on lyrics so...

Well, tastes are different. I respect both you and your tastes, however I would never ever call tATu nice music...
Try glukoza (), dima bilan ( ), vera brezhneva ( ), sergei lazarev ( ), dan balan, elka (), Pavel Volya ( ).
As best of list I can note Elka (please specify 'music' when searching, it is also a name of russian tree xD) and check out Pavel Volya ( ) he is also great, better than the whole list before

Woot Pavel Volya is cool singer. Saw him sometimes.
