Help Infected Shop Plugin Problem

I have a Infected Highjump Server. Now I want to install the Shop Plugin, but futhermore I want that Admins can give Mods or some other People on the Server Points. Something like !add <Points> Name. Pls help me i cant Code Sonthofen like that so I ask you .
