Help a Previous Addon

Hi,
I'm running a mw3 server. the version is 1.4, I use 1.2 addon and I want to use a new addon. But 1.414 use patch 1.9, so some of friends that play with me won't be able to download it for some reasons. So, i know that after 1.3.xxx want the 1.9 patch...So someone give me the final Addon that works for mw3 1.4.
