Ok, I nearly did it. Only one Problem:

If someone is Spawning at another Moment Like the others, he will get the updates earlier/later than the others. If someone is spawning the time will be activated. How can i do this that every Player has got the same Update time?

i dont know if its possible but u might have to ask the elite modders like killingdyl and master131 or some others on this site
