Importing weapons from MW2 or MW?

Hello guy, nice forum you got here.

I was wondering if it were possible to import weapons or other assets from Modern Warfare or Modern Warfare 2. I believe the file structure, and file types to be the same, but I need a confirmation before I redownload MW2 from Steam.

Uhm yeah, you'll have to make a new weapon file for them.

But what iBanana meant was to make a new weapon model using maya.

Yea you can i just exported kar98k and arisaka from cod waw, but the springfield for example, is bugged when aiming.

Is your bullet on the springfield sitting out on the chamber on the left side of the gun also?
