Help Importing BO2 Dog Tags to BO

So I exported the models using Tom-Bmx's Lime and when I converted the stuff to model export as usual, I'm trying to make the materials but I'm getting this error.

convert it to tga
its coz its not the right format , you could play with dxt1-5 till you find it as i dont remember off hand whats correct. but .Tga 32bit if it has alpha or .Tga 24bit if there is no alpha and you will have success.

Thanks I got it to work, now I just wish the damn functions were similar but nooooo treyarch had to make it completely different and make this shit so hard to recreate.

You can go to Photoshop > Image > Mode. Select RGB.
