MW3 Server Version

Could someone tell me what file reports the server version to the client and what string to look for?

It seems the MW3 server version is now at 1.9.463 but clients are still at 1.9.461 so nobody can join the server. There has been no answer from Activision, IW or steam as to why this has happened. I would like to change the string so the server reports the same as clients.

I found the string in iw5mp_server.exe that deals with the version(1.9.version %s.%i ), but it's apparently not possible to just change it using a hex editor. I tried and it rejects the connection. So i assume the only way to actually revert the version would be to disassemble the exe which i don't know how to do.

Is there anyone running a server at 1.9.461 that can upload iw5mp_server.exe? It's only a 4mb file.

To throw files mw3 to avoid the ban steam. the plugins I can't log in mw3 writes terminated. Please help I would be grateful for .\program files\steam\steamapps\common\modern warfare 3.
