Zombie can't pickup/change weapon now.
Added cmds;
@/!zomstats
@/!nextmap
@/!mystats

Also added sound stuff. ( Like when zombie picked, round end etc )

I made ''mapedit'' functions - CreateRamps/CreateWalls/TeleportUpdate.
Also i think i'll make weapons on walls. ( Oldschool sounds still in mw3 ^^ - oldschool_pickup and second i forgot ).
