sure no problem. its a jpg 2560 x 1920.

Thats the problem. It must be bigger than 1280x720 and less than 1920x1080
Resize it with a program if you can, and post here the results please.

If still dont work, then try a different picture with less resolution/size

ok , i have tried 1600x900 that didnt work , same message. i have tried several different pictures with different resolutions still get the same message..

Can you click on "Details"? And then make a screenshot please.
