No, you have to remove the dll, I forgot what the name of the DLL was and I cba to look it up now.
Just sort on 'Last edited' in windows and delete the first dll that comes up.
Path should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3

and is this black screen problem becouse of this injector?im just asking cuz i dont want to install the whole game twice in a row if i use this injector on my newly reinstalled bf3 again..

otherwise get into origin, right click on bf3 and repair the installation........

origin--->reapair installation---->still cant play cuz i see nothing

i deleted some dxgi.dll

my game wont even start

i have to delete that dxgi.dll file to make my game work, but i cant tell if by doing that fxaa injector still works

dxdgi is the injector file, if you delete it the injector will not work.
Judging the other responses I guess BF3 patched it, will try running it myself later this weekend.
