[Release] QuickScope

[Puffiamo]

This is a simple mod for all people who like make quickscope:

Mod feature:

- 4 Class usable with 4 different rifle
- ADS time decreased
- All rifle bolt action
- Scope limit [Thx maxmito7393] (to prevent hardscope)
- Rage killstreaks (Require 10 kill and make you immortal for 30 seconds, you are killable only by a headshot
- Spawnprotection (this prevent spawnkill on little maps)
- Anticamper system (camper zone will shown with a camper icon)

+ Added unlimited ammo
+ Removed sway
