fixed railing in crisis apparently there was another..
fixed spectate spawning (i think) not rly a problem..




ppl wont have to dl anything as its server side files, server uploader can just paste over your old shit when you could be bothered, resync/restart and its done, its nothing major anyways.

~> 1.3 is released with bug fixes, the file name is the same as 1.2 dont change it, its meant to be like that to save re-downloading client side files.
