need help with setting up a static ip address

i thought i set it up and everything but when i go to portforward or virtual server, the port isnt open i dont know what im doing wrong....... i have a asus wl-520gc router and yes ive checked portforward . com.............. nothing helped



what i cant do is pick both for tcp and udp do i need to upgrade my firmware?


edit: im trying to port forward for a classic minecraft server, but i need a static ip address to port forward or virtual server
