The file names are located near the end of the IPAK files if I can recall correctly, so it's not that hard to find. LOL Surprised nobody used the file names there til now.

There are no filenames in my base.ipak that I torrented from some site

It seems that mp_nuketown_2020.ipak and dlc0_load_mp.ipak are the only ones that contain these strings. Tom probably got them from somewhere else.
