For some reason b2k maps load in <5 sec and old maps take like 30..

Before b2k was released old maps also were 5 sec...

lol in my case the first time when I play bf3 a map loads 1 min. Then is loading like 10 seconds

@kokole this happens (idk in tech details but the core idea is right ) because firstly map loads on your PC together with engine and etc. When next map is loading it is loading a way faster as engine and map (if it is same) are ALREADY loaded.

Because you see it entirely wrong for no apparent reason. B2K are the old maps (dating from 2004).

Also: every map loads within 10 seconds here.

This shit all sounds like a you-problem.

With old maps I meant old bf3 maps, aka vanilla bf3 maps.
SO: VANILLA BF3 MAPS USED TO LOAD QUICKLY, BEFORE B2K WAS RELEASED. BUT AFTER B2K WAS RELEASED ALL BF3 VANILLA MAPS STARTED TO LOAD SLOW FOR SOME REASON.

It's not only me having this problem, I heard about more people having this.
